Dr. Thakur Prashant Singh began his advanced medical journey at IGMC, Shimla, as a Junior Resident in the Department of General Medicine. During this period, he demonstrated exceptional academic performance and secured the distinction of being the class topper of his batch.
He also actively participated in academic research and publications.

In 2018, he joined the Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS), New Delhi, as a Senior Resident in the Department of Hepatology and Liver Transplantation. Working under the mentorship of Padma awardee Dr. Shiv Kumar Sarin, he gained high-level exposure to complex liver disorders and transplant medicine.
This period strengthened his expertise in advanced hepatology and liver ICU management.

Dr. Singh joined SGPGIMS, Lucknow, one of India’s premier gastroenterology institutes, to pursue his DM in Gastroenterology. Over three years, he developed expertise in interventional gastroenterology, hepatology, and pancreatobiliary disorders.
He published multiple research papers in reputed national and international journals.

His vision includes expanding into a 20-bedded specialty hospital to provide comprehensive inpatient digestive care in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
